Susanne Herrmann

Reservations Director

My name is Susanne Herrmann. I am a graduate of Centenary College of New Jersey and I hold a degree in Business Administration. I am married to a great guy named David. We have three dogs: a Bulldog, a Jack Russell Terrier, and a Mini Daschund. When I interviewed with Saint Jude Retreats, I found the retreats to be warm, friendly, positive environments. I met people from all over the world, and not only were the staff members upbeat, positive people, but the guests were also happy to be there. I accepted the position and have been with Saint Jude Retreats for almost three years now and I truly enjoy my job. I find helping people find solutions to their problems extremely rewarding.

Brittny Greenhalgh

Family Consultant

I began my career at St. Jude's as an administrator in the reservation's office. I found immediate fulfillment in introducing our reservations staff, and answering questions from potential guests and their families. As the administrator I was always the first person a potential guest talked with before the reservations associates received the call. I discovered that I wanted to do more to help so I took an interest in the St. Jude Program, the research, and the management training programs here at St. Jude's and I eventually became a Family Consultant. I now have the honor of providing comfort to those who are overwhelmed, scared and confused about their personal plight. With all the misinformation in the treatment industry today regarding substance usage, I get the privilege of providing answers and bringing hope back into their lives. That is the most satisfying part of my job.

When I am not working I have the pleasure of spending time with my family and friends. Whether it is going to watch a game, a family gathering, hike in the mountains, or watching my baby niece. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, baking, fishing, camping and being around my family as much as possible.
