My name is Susanne Herrmann. I am a graduate of Centenary College of New Jersey and I hold a degree in Business Administration. I am married to a great guy named David. We have three dogs: a Bulldog, a Jack Russell Terrier, and a Mini Daschund. When I interviewed with Saint Jude Retreats, I found the retreats to be warm, friendly, positive environments. I met people from all over the world, and not only were the staff members upbeat, positive people, but the guests were also happy to be there. I accepted the position and have been with Saint Jude Retreats for almost three years now and I truly enjoy my job. I find helping people find solutions to their problems extremely rewarding.

Madonna Chichester

My name is Madonna Chichester. I worked with court adjudicated youth who struggled with behavior issues prior to joining St. Jude Retreats. I have two teenage boys, one who has entered college and one who is in high school and I also have a seven year old son who is enjoying his youth! I have 20 years personal experience of living with a substance abuser and understand the effect it can have on loved ones and also the effect it can have on careers and relationships. I feel very strongly about helping substance users and love seeing them leave the program filled with self-confidence and excitement for their future.
